ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2020 and is a close-knit team of four focused on steady growth and strong customer relationships. I’m a second-generation State Farm agent with a background in finance, bringing both industry knowledge and a business mindset into the agency.

I have one daughter with another on the way, and family is a big part of what drives how I lead and support my team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brandon Yim - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
